Chinese Image Medicine (CIM), is the precious pearl and an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ТCМ). CIM is based on the using of special capabilities of a man to perceive (to feel, see) and change informational and energy images of diseases, it contains the complex of unique, inherent in it only, highly effective diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
CIM is officially accepted in China as the method of ancient TCM, that distributes traditions of Bian Que School – the school of the eminent ancient chinese doctor Bian Que (407-310 B.C.), who was the founder of four basic diagnostical methods of TCM: examination, listening, questioning and palpation.
Bian Que is considered as the founder of the first medical TCM schools – the school of Bian Que.
He was the first to describe and practice the method of diagnostics with the help of perception of the illness image, famous for his capabilities to “see illness” without even touching the patient.
Within the Bian Que medical school the number of fundamental works is created in the field of TCM, in particular, “Bian Que’s Canon About the Internal”, “Bian Que’s Canon About the External”, “Bian Que’s Recipes of acupuncture points”, “Treatise on Difficult Questions”, “Chinese-Tibetan Canon”, “Method of the internal reflection”, “Bian Que’s Mirror Canon”, “Bian Que’s Book of the Heart”.
Nowadays, thanks to Professor Xu Mingtang’s efforts, TCM has got a new powerful impulse. Professor Xu Mingtang has investigated the human capacity to make diagnostic and treatment using images and energy, invented and described the method of treatment with the help of the image changing, and continues investigation of incurable diseases to create the ways of treatment with CIM methods, he has the authorial teaching methodology.
Now CIM is being actively spread and has followers in 50 countries of the world, in particular, in the USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, China, Russia, Ukraine, Belorus, Brazil, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary. The famous world center of educating and researching in Chinese Image Medicine is Beijing Medical Research Kundawell Institute (China).
Chinese Image Medicine is the holistic (integral) medicine which performs the complex diagnostics and treatment of a man at all his fundamental ontological levels at once: physical, energy, informational and heart-spiritual (psychical, mental), considering their indissoluble intercommunication and influence of natural and social man’s environment.
Chinese Image Medicine focuses on activation of self energy and self informational resources of human organism and on mobilization of the heart-mentally-spiritual dimensions as important factors of recovery and healthy way of life.
The basic method of diagnostics in CIM is the method of internal vision of the disease images, that determines causal, symptomatic diagnostics of the patient’s state, namely, identification of his physical, energy, informational and heart-spiritual problems. As auxiliary diagnostic methods are used energy diagnostics, that determines deviations inside the human energy system and explains the symptoms related to imbalance in energy circulation. The method of palpation is actively used for diagnostics of organs and tissues of the patient’s physical body. Standard diagnostic methods of modern medicine and TCM are also used in Chinese Image Medicine. For example, TCM method of pulse diagnostics is enriched by such options as “energy of pulse” and “image of pulse”, belonging to the own arsenal of Chinese Image Medicine.
Efficiency in the use of the methods of diagnostics and treatment in CIM directly depends on a level (experience, special capabilities) of the CIM-therapist, on the force of the patient’s wish to be healthy, and on their successful collaboration on the way of overcoming the ailment.
For therapy, prophylaxis, rehabilitation and recovery of the human, CIM uses the whole spectrum of complementary methods, specifically:
- the methods of the image thinking for correct interpretation of internal images and developing of effective therapeutic strategy;
- the methods of awakening and regeneration of anatomic
- tissues, organs, energy, heart-spiritual aspects of the patient;
- the methods of energy therapy;
- the elements of acupressure and elements of other massage techniques;
- some medicines of biological origin are actively used also.
Chinese Image Medicine is well consistent, combined and complemented with the methods of modern western medicine.
Chinese Image Medicine is characterized by high efficiency (effectiveness), safety (noninvasiveness, without negative side effects), economy (relative cheapness), simplicity of educating and implementation of its diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Effectiveness of Chinese Image Medicine is confirmed by the receipt of positive curative effects on the broad spectrum of disease.
Most effective CIM is at treatment of the following diseases: chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic nephrite, disc herniation in different parts of the spine, impotence, chronic prostatitis, uterine myoma , chronic diseases of gastrointestinal tract, chronic gastritis, Crohn’s disease, illness of eyes, hypertension, heart attack of myocardium, atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia, Infantile Cerebral Paralysis, arrhythmia.
To positive parts of CIM it is possible to take simplicity of mastering and practical implementation of its methods of diagnostics and therapy, that makes CIM comfortable and accessible for the general use, in particular, as domestic, office medicine.
