Lupenko Sergii – Doctor of Engineering, professor, Professor of the Department of Computer Systems and Networks, Head of Research Laboratory “Modeling, Mathematical and Software Information Systems and Networks” of Ternopil National Technical University named after Ivan Puluj (TNTU). The founder of the Department of Radiocomputer Systems (2004) and the Department of Computer Systems and Networks (2009) TNTU.

Head of a number of state research projects, including a comprehensive inter-university scientific project, and the head of a scientific project commissioned by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of mathematical modeling and information technology. Head of the working group and participant in international educational projects, which are implemented within the framework of the European educational program “Tempus”. Member of editorial boards of a number of periodical scientific journals. Deputy Chairman of the Specialized Academic Council for the Protection of Candidate’s and Ph.D. Theses at TNTU, as well as a member of a specialized Academic Council for the Protection of Candidates and Ph.D. theses at the Lviv Polytechnic National University. Chairman and member of program committees of a number of national and international scientific conferences. He is the author of more than 300 scientific and educational works, monographs, textbooks and manuals, author’s certificates. He prepared three candidates for technical sciences.

Sphere of scientific interests: mathematical modeling and methods of signal processing in intellectualized information systems, high-performance computing systems, information technologies of biometric authentication of the person, onto-oriented intellectualized medical information systems.

The author and coordinator of the International Program for the Study of Chinese Imaging and Zhong Yuan Qigong for 2017-2023 (Research Program). The sphere of scientific interests within the framework of the research program implementation is the creation of the scientific theory of Chinese image medicine as an integral part of the medicine, as well as the development of an integrated onto-oriented informational and analytical environment for scientific research, professional healing activities and electronic learning of Chinese image medicine.

Vakulenko Dmitry – Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Medical Informatics of I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University.

Member of the specialized scientific council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations « Medical and Biological Informatics and Cybernetics» in the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupika. Responsible secretary of the periodical scientific journal “Medical informatics and engineering”. He is the author of over 100 scientific and educational papers, monographs, textbooks and manuals, certificates of authorship.

 Sphere of scientific interests: psycho-modifying factors by means of multimedia environments, principles and methods of arterial oscillography, construction of a correlation portrait, information medical systems of rehabilitation, family, Image medicine and others.

Educational activity. The head of the 1996 “Harmony-M”, since 2017, the “Harmony Center” – hundreds of educational meetings, seminars, pilgrimages aimed at improvement and personal development were conducted. Since 2011, he has been a coordinator of the implementation of the values of the Ukrainian Charter for the Free Man in the Community and Education in the city of Ternopil. Since 2017, he is an expert in the regional program for the introduction of the values of the Ukrainian Charter for Free People in the educational space of Ternopil 2017-2020.

    Collaborator of the International Program for the Study of Chinese Imaging and Zhong Yuan Qigong for 2017-2023 (Research Program). The sphere of scientific interests within the framework of the Program of Research is the development and implementation of the information system of Image medicine, the study of the impact of the Concept of Wu Xing, Zhong Yuan Qigong’s methods on the human body.

 

 

Horkunenko Andrii – the candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Medical Physics of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Equipment of I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University.

In cooperation with the Department of Internal Medicine №2 of I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University participated in the implementation of a complex scientific project “Comorbid conditions in the clinic of internal diseases and the practice of family physician: predictors of development, early diagnosis, prevention, and treatment”.

He is the author of more than 60 scientific and educational papers, textbooks and certificates of authorship.

Sphere of scientific interests: mathematical modeling and methods of signal processing in intellectualized information systems, development and application of decision-making methods in applied scientific problems, onto-oriented intellectualized medical information systems.

Collaborator of the International Program for the Study of Chinese Imaging and Zhong Yuan Qigong for 2017-2023 (Research Program).The sphere of direct scientific interests within the framework of the implementation of the Research Program is the creation of an expert system for the support of diagnostic and therapeutic decisions in the field of Chinese medicine, which is an important part of the developed information and analytical environment.

Pavlyshyn Andrii – surgeon, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery №2, the best inventor of the Ternopil region (in 2008 and in 2015), Prize winner named after I. Puluj, Head of the Patent Information Department of I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University.

Pavlyshyn Andrii is the author of more than 250 patents, author of more than 100 published papers, has 50 acts of implementations its inventions in health care institutions of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Rivne and Ternopil, developments are widely used in the implementation of research works and dissertation. Actively participates in the regional organization of the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers of Ukraine, included in the list of inventors of Ukraine in the publication: «The inventors of Ukraine are the elite of the state. Inventions and innovations», Tom IV.

Certified specialist of the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine at the National Pharmaceutical University, finished the course: «Good clinical practice (GCP). Legislative, regulatory and ethical aspects of conducting clinical trials», repeated clinical trials. Participated in the program “Face in Space” NASA.

Sphere of scientific interests: plastic and reconstructive surgery, clinical trials according to GCP standards, innovative activity (development of new methods and devices for treatment in combustiology, plastic, reconstructive and general surgery).

The original technique of sampling a skin texture auto piece (patent №12347; patent №13001; patent №26335) and technology of improved fixation of texture graft on the wound surface in patients with diabetes mellitus, complicated diabetic foot syndrome (patent №16826; patent №104170; patent №104171). Modernized manual dermatome (patent №9719; patent №14486), rotary disk electric and electric dermatome with a flat oscillating knife have been improved (patent №21407; patent №26888; patent №20020). The developed autodermoplasty technique allowed to reduce the number of complications in the early postoperative period, shorten the stay of the patient in the hospital to (12,4±3,2) bed-day (р<0,05), get good long-term results.

Sverstiuk Andrii – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Medical Informatics, I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University (TDMU).

In cooperation with the Department of Normal Physiology I.Ya.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University participated in the implementation of a comprehensive scientific theme “Psychophysiological aspects of adapting young people to training loads, depending on the socio-ecological situation.”

Sphere of scientific interests: Onto-oriented intellectualized medical information systems.

The field of scientific interest in the implementation of the International Program for the Study of Chinese Image Medicine and Zhong Yuan Qigong for 2017-2023 is the development of an onto-oriented block of e-learning as part of an integrated onto-oriented information and analytical environment for research, professional healing and e-learning for Chinese Image medicine.

 

 

Pomazkina Tatiana – physician, reflexologist, image therapy practitioner, qigong instructor, construction project manager of the International Cultural Center “Biguan” (Kyiv, Ukraine) and Financial Director of International Charitable Foundation “MINGTANG”. Founder and head of Kharkiv Regional Public Organization “Zhong Yuan Qigong Association”. Co-founder and member of Public Organization “Association of Chinese Image Medicine of Ukraine”, member of All-Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Beijing).

She has been a co-author of scientific, educational and methodical works, textbooks, manuals of the Therapy Research Center named after L.T. Malaya under the Ukraine Academy of Medical Sciences (Kharkiv, Ukraine) and Beijing Research Institute “Kundawell” since 2001.
She took part in training and research programs of the Therapy Research Center named after L.T. Malaya under the Ukraine Academy of Medical Sciences while working as a therapist in the Department of Drug-Free and Alternative Medicine (2001-2003), Head of Organizational and Methodological Department (2003-2005). She was engaged in the research of non-traditional methods of treatment in order to find the effective methods and create an integrated approach to the treatment of therapeutic patients. She developed programs for combining traditional and non-traditional methods of treatment, including methods of apparatus therapy, reflex therapy, aromatherapy, Chinese Image Medicine and Zhong Yuan Qigong practice.

CEO at Beijing Research Institute “Kundawell” from 2010 to 2013. Author and organizer of projects and programs at Kundawell Institute: international conferences on Chinese Image Medicine (CIM) in 2011-2013, group health and specialized research programs in 2012-2013; took part in training CIM specialists and developing the teaching materials for them; participant in current conferences on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China.

Sphere of scientific interests in the framework of the International Program of Research of Chinese Image Medicine and Zhong Yuan Qigong for 2017–2023: participation in creating the scientific theory of Chinese Image Medicine as a part of Integrative Medicine; searching for the causes of diseases and methods of restoring health based on the methods of Chinese Image Medicine and Zhong Yuan Qigong practice; participation in the development of standards for professional healing activity of image therapists and teaching programs in Chinese Image Medicine.
